What Broadly is
Broadly sells AI and marketing tools to local businesses: an AI receptionist, review requests and replies, a customer CRM, listings, social posts, SEO and websites. Its pricing page FAQ says “independent auto repair shops, detailers, towing companies, and auto glass installers use Broadly.” It has separate FAQ answers for home services and salons too.
Broadly’s team does the setup. Its FAQ says the AI receptionist goes live within 48 hours and the website is ready for review in seven days, with support by phone, email and chat and a dedicated account team. Broadly’s parent company is Vendasta.
What it costs
Per Broadly’s pricing page on October 25, 2026: Standard $399 a month, Pro $699, Premium $999, or the AI Workforce Package at $799. Paid ads are billed separately. The FAQ mentions an extra discount for paying annually but gives no figure.
Single products start at $79 a month for Reputation AI and $139 for Conversations AI. A three to five page website is $99 a month plus a $199 build-out fee.
The setup fee is unclear. The Standard, Pro and Premium cards each say “$350 onboarding & setup.” The FAQ says “Broadly has no setup fees, hidden charges, or per-user fees.” The $799 package card lists no setup fee. Ask Broadly to confirm in writing before you sign.
Sapt is $297 a month flat: no setup fee, no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days. Ad spend is separate.
Which Broadly plan matches what Sapt does
Missed-call text-back is on Pro ($699) and the AI Workforce Package ($799), not Standard. The AI receptionist answers SMS texts from Pro up. On Standard it covers web chat, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
A website comes with the $799 package, or as a $99 a month add-on. Voice answering is listed on Premium at $999: 300 minutes a month, up to 10 minutes a call, with overage listed at about $0.10 a minute.
So the closest Broadly match to what Sapt includes is the AI Workforce Package at $799 a month.
Contract and cancellation
Broadly’s FAQ says “Broadly has no long-term contract” and bills month to month, and that you can cancel with no fees, no penalty and no minimum term. Annual payers get a prorated refund on unused months.
Its terms of service add a detail. A month-to-month subscription renews each month, cancelling takes 30 days’ notice, and “If 30 days notice is not provided, Customer will be billed for one final month.” The terms also describe 12-month and 24-month subscriptions, so check which one your order form uses.
Some reviewers on Trustpilot report being charged after they asked to cancel. There are only 8 reviews there, and we found none from auto repair shops.
Sapt has no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days.
Where Sapt is different
Price. Sapt’s $297 includes missed-call text-back, the AI front desk, the website and Google listing upkeep. The closest Broadly bundle is $799 a month.
Missed calls. Sapt gives you a number for your Google listing and website that rings your shop first. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text from your shop right away. See how missed-call text-back works.
Booking into your shop software. Shopmonkey appointment booking is live, and our team sets it up and tests it with you. Tekmetric, Torque360 and ARI are in progress, with an agreed handoff until they’re live. Broadly books on your calendar and names Google Calendar among its integrations. We found no booking into auto shop software in its public pages. See the software integration guide.
Built for one trade. Sapt is built for independent auto repair shops with a physical location, and we take one shop per area. We keep your hours, services, photos and phone right on Google and send a monthly report of where you show up on Google Maps.
Where Broadly is stronger
Voice answering. Broadly Premium has an AI receptionist that answers phone calls with a natural voice and books by phone, and its FAQ says it works in English and Spanish. Sapt has no AI voice answering: calls ring your shop, and the AI front desk works by text. See AI receptionists for auto repair shops.
Reviews from your repair orders. Broadly’s R.O. Writer page says it sends review requests automatically when a repair order is completed, and Tekmetric lists a Broadly integration for reviews. Sapt sends the review text when you tap Job done.
More marketing in one place. Social posting, SEO, email and SMS campaigns, and listings on 70+ directories are all on offer. If you want one vendor for all of it, Broadly covers more.
