A missed customer call becomes a text conversation, a booking, and a recovered job. The film then shows attribution, a shop website, ads, reviews, local visibility, and AI search. It closes: You run the shop. We bring in the next customer.

Sapt works alongside AutoLeap, not instead of it

This page is not a case for leaving AutoLeap. AutoLeap stays your shop system: repair orders, estimates, inspections, invoices and your calendar. Sapt works around it on the jobs that come before a customer is in your system: your website, your Google listing, calls nobody picks up, and first replies by text.

Sapt isn’t connected to AutoLeap yet. Until it is, the Sapt assistant takes the booking request by text and your advisor confirms it in AutoLeap. If you’d like a direct connection, contact our team or email hello@sapt.ai and we’ll help get a connection set up. See integrations for what connects today.

What AutoLeap costs

Per AutoLeap’s pricing page on October 25, 2026: Essentials $179 a month billed annually or $199 month to month, Pro $309 or $349, Elite $409 or $449, and Enterprise on custom pricing.

Two-way texting starts on Pro, and integrated Google Reviews on Elite. Every plan includes calendar appointments and reminders and a deferred jobs tracker.

Marketing is sold as add-ons with no published price. The Marketing Suite adds email and SMS campaigns, automated reminders, a CRM dashboard, website booking and Google Book Online. Digital Marketing Services is AutoLeap’s team building a custom website and running SEO, social media, reputation management and Google Ads. AIR has its own pricing, below.

AutoLeap charges a one-time setup fee. Its FAQ says the amount varies with your shop’s requirements, and its pricing page says there’s no free trial of the shop software. The FAQ also says you choose a monthly or annual contract when you sign up. AutoLeap’s SaaS agreement, effective June 5, 2026, says each order form sets a non-refundable term that renews automatically at then-current pricing, and that plan tiers are a minimum annual commitment unless the order form says otherwise. Read your order form before you sign.

Sapt is $297 a month flat, separate from your AutoLeap subscription. There’s no setup fee and no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days. Paid ad spend is separate. If you run both, you pay for both, so be clear which jobs each one does.

AutoLeap AIR, the AI receptionist

AutoLeap introduced AIR, short for AI Receptionist, in its October 2025 release notes. Per the AIR page, it answers calls by voice, and you choose which calls it answers, including after hours, weekends and holidays.

It answers questions on prices, hours and directions from information your shop sets up. It collects the caller’s name, number and vehicle details and places an appointment request on your AutoLeap calendar during the call, then sends the customer a confirmation and alerts your team to review it. It speaks English, Spanish, French and other languages, and forwards callers who need a person to your team during business hours. Every call gets a transcript and summary in the AIR Portal.

For AutoLeap users, AIR recognizes callers from your AutoLeap records. AutoLeap says AIR also works with other shop software; the calendar connection is for AutoLeap users.

Pricing. AutoLeap’s pricing page lists AIR at $99 a month. The AIR page breaks that down: $99 a month for 200 calls, $199 a month for 500 calls, or $1 a call pay as you go with no contract or minimum. Extra calls on a plan are $0.75 each, and a $100 setup fee may apply. On October 25, 2026, the page offered 30 days free as a limited-time offer.

AIR answers by voice. Sapt’s front desk works by text. Some shops will want one, some both. For a wider view, see AI receptionists for auto repair shops compared.

Where AutoLeap is stronger

Voice answering for $99. AIR picks up the phone and talks to the caller, in several languages, for $99 a month for 200 calls. Sapt has no AI voice answering: calls ring your shop, and when nobody picks up, Sapt texts the caller. If you want a voice on every call your team can’t take, AIR does that and Sapt doesn’t.

Declined work inside your repair orders. AutoLeap keeps each declined service on the customer record and shows it when the customer books again, per its CRM page. Sapt’s declined-work texts work from an export of your shop software.

One login. Repair orders, the calendar, texting, reminders, review requests and AIR’s appointment requests all sit in AutoLeap. If your team already lives in it, that’s a real advantage.

What Sapt adds around AutoLeap

A website at a published price. We build it from your Google listing, on your own domain, as part of the $297. AutoLeap builds custom websites through Digital Marketing Services; we found no published price for it.

A text back for every missed call. You keep the number your customers already know, and Sapt works with almost all major phone providers. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text back right away. We found no missed-call text-back in AutoLeap’s public pages; its answer to missed calls is AIR. See how missed-call text-back works.

A front desk by text. Sapt’s AI front desk answers customers by text, and questions it can’t answer come to you. With AutoLeap, it takes the booking request and your advisor confirms the time in AutoLeap. AutoLeap’s two-way texting starts on Pro; we found no AI that replies to texts in its public pages.

Your Google listing looked after. We handle listing upkeep and send you a monthly Google Maps rank report.

Set up for you, one shop per area. Our team does the setup, and we work with one shop per area, so we won’t take on the shop down the street. See what your shop gets.

Running both without double messages

If you keep AutoLeap, with or without AIR, and add Sapt, give every customer message one owner. Settle these before you go live:

Calls nobody picks up. AIR answers the calls you assign it by voice. Sapt texts the caller when nobody answers. Decide which one handles an unanswered call at each time of day, so a caller doesn’t get both. Our team sets up that call path with you.

Booking requests. AIR puts appointment requests on your AutoLeap calendar. Sapt’s assistant takes requests by text, and your advisor confirms them in AutoLeap. Both land with your advisor, so agree who checks them and how often.

Review requests. AutoLeap can send one automatically after a service is completed. Sapt sends one when you tap Job done. Use one and switch the other off.

Confirmations and reminders. AutoLeap sends confirmations and reminders for appointments on its calendar. After your advisor confirms a Sapt request in AutoLeap, check one test booking end to end so the customer gets one confirmation and one set of reminders.

Declined work and campaigns. AutoLeap keeps declined jobs on the customer record, and the Marketing Suite runs campaigns from your AutoLeap records. If you use them, let AutoLeap own declined work and campaigns.
