What Autoshop Solutions sells

Autoshop Solutions is a marketing agency for repair shops. Its about page says it has worked with shops since 1998 and is “proud to be part of Vehlo,” whose aftermarket brands also include the Shop-Ware, Shop Boss, Protractor and Tire Guru shop software. The Terms and Conditions link on Autoshop Solutions’ site goes to Vehlo’s terms of service.

Its RPM (Really Powerful Marketing) package, per the pricing page, includes a custom website, local SEO, Generative Engine Optimization for AI search tools, Google Business Profile claiming and management, directory listing management, annual blog posts, “Advanced phone call tracking with recording and source attribution,” a reporting dashboard and “Shop management system integration.”

It also runs pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and sells AI tools: GeoBoost.Ai ad targeting, AI review management, AI search insights and AI Call Coach.

What it costs

Autoshop Solutions doesn’t publish prices. Its pricing page says each package “is tailored to your business” and asks you to “Contact us today to explore your options and get a custom quote.”

Vehlo’s terms say setup fees, recurring fees, PPC management fees, ad spend treatment, domain-management fees and call-tracking fees “shall be as stated in the applicable Order Form,” and that website and marketing services “may begin when the setup fee is paid.” When you ask for a quote, get each of those numbers and the minimum term in writing.

Sapt is $297 a month flat: no setup fee, no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days. Ad spend and campaign management are separate. See what auto repair marketing costs for published prices across vendors.

What Vehlo’s terms say

Section 14.5 of Vehlo’s terms (effective 08/03/2026) covers website ownership. You keep “Customer-provided materials used in connection with the website or marketing services.” Unless your Order Form says otherwise, “Provider retains ownership of website graphics, layouts, design elements, stock photography, code, workflows, tools, templates, and other Provider materials used in or developed in connection with those services.”

If your package is a leased website, “the website, its source files, and related deliverables remain Provider materials unless the applicable Order Form expressly states otherwise.” Where an Order Form does let you receive the files when you leave, delivery “is conditioned on Customer’s completion of any minimum term, payment in full of all amounts due, and written request for delivery.” A handoff may exclude licensed plugins and content, and restoration work may be billed separately.

Your Order Form sets the term. If it doesn’t name a renewal structure, the subscription “shall renew on a month-to-month basis unless either Party gives at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of non-renewal.” Fees are “non-cancellable and non-refundable” unless the agreement says otherwise, early termination charges in your Order Form still apply, and ending partway through a billing period brings no prorated refund. The provider can change recurring fees with 30 days’ notice.

The terms also allow a design credit in your website footer, put domain renewal fees in your Order Form if the provider manages your domain, and make you responsible for exporting your data before the service ends. Before you sign, ask whether your package is leased, whose name the domain is registered in and what the minimum term is. The website guide lists more questions to ask any provider.

Where Sapt is different

Missed calls. You keep the number your customers already know, and Sapt works with almost all major phone providers. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text from your shop right away. We found no missed-call text-back on Autoshop Solutions’ public pages. Its call tracking records calls and shows which marketing source they came from.

Someone answers. Sapt’s AI front desk answers the customer’s questions by text and offers real openings. With a supported calendar connected it books the accepted time, and you get a text with the details. Questions it can’t answer come to you. Autoshop Solutions’ AI Call Coach works after the call: it reviews recorded calls, scores your service advisors and suggests coaching.

Done for you, month to month. We build your website from your Google listing, on your own domain. We keep your listing’s hours, services, photos and phone right, and each month you get a report of where you show up on Google Maps. Review request texts go out when you tap Job done, and declined-work follow-up texts work from an export of your shop software. See what Sapt does for repair shops.

One shop per area. We don’t take on the shop down the street. We found no area exclusivity on Autoshop Solutions’ public pages.

Where Autoshop Solutions is stronger

It’s a full agency. One team runs your website, SEO, AI search optimization, directory listings and paid search on Google and Microsoft Ads. You get a dedicated account manager and a dashboard that reports traffic, keyword rankings, ad performance and tracked calls, and it says it is a Certified Google Partner. Sapt’s $297 doesn’t include ad campaign management.

Call coaching. If the problem is how calls go once they’re answered, AI Call Coach scores every recorded call and points out missed booking chances.

More add-ons. Autoshop Checkout, powered by 360 Payments, lets customers pay invoices on your website. Its AI tools include Google review requests and replies, and a report on how your shop shows up in AI search tools against nearby shops.

Your shop software

Autoshop Solutions lists “Shop management system integration” in its package but doesn’t name the systems. Its partners page shows logos for shop software including Shop-Ware, Shop Boss, Protractor and Steer, so ask which one connects to your shop and what it does.

Sapt keeps your shop software. Shopmonkey appointment booking is live. Tekmetric, Torque360 and ARI integrations are in progress, and other systems, including Shop-Ware, Shop Boss and Protractor, aren’t connected yet. If yours isn’t live, contact our team or email hello@sapt.ai and we’ll help get a connection set up. Until then, the assistant takes the booking request and your advisor confirms it. See integrations, or Sapt vs Kukui if you’re weighing other auto repair marketing platforms.

Questions shop owners ask

Autoshop Solutions doesn’t publish prices. Its pricing page asks you to contact it for a custom quote, as of October 25, 2026. The Vehlo terms its site links to mention a setup fee, with the amount set in your Order Form. Ask for the setup fee, monthly fee, ad management fee and minimum term in writing.

Yes. You sign an Order Form that sets the term. If the form names no renewal structure, Vehlo’s terms say it renews month to month unless either side gives 30 days’ written notice. Fees are non-refundable, and ending partway through a billing period brings no prorated refund unless the form says otherwise.

It depends on your Order Form. Vehlo’s terms say you keep the materials you provide, and the provider keeps its graphics, layouts, design elements, stock photography and code. A website sold as leased stays the provider’s, and any handoff of files depends on finishing the minimum term, paying in full and asking in writing.

Yes. Autoshop Solutions’ about page says it is “proud to be part of Vehlo,” and its Terms and Conditions link goes to Vehlo’s terms of service. Vehlo’s other aftermarket brands include Shop-Ware, Shop Boss, Protractor and Tire Guru.

We found no missed-call text-back on Autoshop Solutions’ public pages as of October 25, 2026. It tracks and records calls, and its AI Call Coach scores recorded calls to coach service advisors.

Sapt is $297 a month flat with no setup fee, no contract and a refund in the first 30 days. It covers missed-call text-back, an AI front desk by text, review requests, a website built from your Google listing and listing upkeep. If you want an agency to run SEO and paid search, Autoshop Solutions covers more.
