A missed customer call becomes a text conversation, a booking, and a recovered job. The film then shows attribution, a shop website, ads, reviews, local visibility, and AI search. It closes: You run the shop. We bring in the next customer.
What Demandforce is
Demandforce was founded in 2003. It sells customer communication software to eight industries: automotive, chiropractic, dental, dermatology, medical, salon and spa, veterinary and vision care. Its homepage calls it “patient communication software.” Its automotive page lists what it offers auto shops:
Reminders. Appointment confirmations and reminders by text, email and voice, where customers reply “C” to confirm, and maintenance reminders by email, text, voice messages and postcards.
Texting and recommendations. Two-way texting from your business phone number, and recommended services and promos sent by text or email.
Reviews and listings. Automated review requests by text or email, a reputation dashboard, AI-drafted replies to reviews, and listing management across about 150 sites.
Email. Campaign Studio, with email templates for auto shops.
Its homepage also lists online booking, Text2Pay, Demandforce Phone and an AI Receptionist that answers calls. The automotive page doesn’t mention the AI Receptionist, so ask whether it’s offered for auto shops.
What it costs
Demandforce doesn’t publish prices. The “Get pricing” button on its homepage opens a demo request form. Its online booking page says to call (800) 246-9853 or fill out its form for a consultation, and that it responds within one business day.
We found no third-party price we could verify, so we don’t quote one here. Ask for a written quote that lists the monthly fee, any setup or installation fees, and which add-ons it includes. Demandforce’s terms say add-on services carry separate monthly fees and may carry setup fees as quoted, and postcards are charged per printed card.
Sapt is $297 a month flat: no setup fee, no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days. Ad spend is separate.
Contract and cancellation
Demandforce’s terms and conditions set out two terms. For customers from March 1, 2023, and unless Demandforce agrees otherwise, the agreement runs 12 months and renews automatically for another 12 months. To cancel, you send written notice at least 30 days before the end of the term, and you’re billed through the end of the term.
Legacy customers renew month to month after their first 12 months, with 15 days’ notice. For everyone, the terms say “No refunds will be available for fees you have paid,” renewals are at the then-current rate with at least 30 days’ notice of an increase, and add-ons renew with the main subscription.
Sapt has no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days.
Where Sapt is different
A published price. $297 a month covers missed-call texts, the AI front desk, your website and Google listing upkeep. You don’t need a demo to find out what it costs.
Keep your phone provider. Demandforce’s missed-call text is part of Demandforce Phone, its business phone system powered by GoToConnect. Sapt works with almost all major phone providers, so you keep your current phone service and the number your customers already know. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text back right away. See how missed-call text-back works.
An AI front desk by text. Sapt’s assistant answers customers by text. With a connected calendar it offers real openings and books the time the customer accepts, and you get a text for each booking. Questions it can’t answer come to you. Demandforce’s online booking sends requests to an Online Booking Center, where your staff accept, flag or reschedule them.
A website for your shop. We build it from your Google listing, on your own domain. Demandforce’s website product is described for veterinary, chiropractic and vision care practices; we found none for auto shops.
One shop per area. Our team does the setup, and we work with one shop per area, so we won’t take on the shop down the street. See what your shop gets.
Where Demandforce is stronger
Reminders on every channel. Confirmations and reminders go out by text, email and voice, and maintenance reminders can go by postcard. Its homepage says reminders are generated automatically once an appointment is booked in your management system.
A full phone system. Demandforce Phone adds call recording, call trees, call queues, voicemail transcription and a caller ID that shows the customer’s details, along with the missed-call text. Sapt isn’t a phone system and has no AI voice answering: calls ring your shop, and the AI front desk works by text. See AI receptionists for auto repair shops compared.
Many shop systems. Its integrations page says it integrates with over 150 management systems and shows logos for auto shop software such as Mitchell 1, R.O. Writer, Protractor, Shop-Ware and NAPA TRACS. If your shop runs one of those, that’s a real advantage.
More in one place. Email campaigns, Text2Pay payment links, listings and reviews come from one vendor, founded in 2003.
Your shop software and Sapt
Shopmonkey appointment booking is live in Sapt. Tekmetric, Torque360 and ARI integrations are in progress. Other systems, including several on Demandforce’s list, aren’t connected yet.
That doesn’t stop you starting. For any system not connected yet, the assistant takes the booking request by text and your advisor confirms it in your own system. If you’d like a direct connection, contact our team or email hello@sapt.ai and we’ll help get a connection set up. See integrations for what connects today.

Questions shop owners ask
Demandforce doesn’t publish prices. On October 25, 2026, the “Get pricing” button on its website opened a demo request form, and its site said you can call (800) 246-9853 for a consultation. Yes. Its terms say that for customers from March 1, 2023, unless Demandforce agrees otherwise, the agreement runs 12 months and renews automatically for another 12. You must give written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, and fees you have paid are not refunded.
Sapt is one, if you want a published price and no contract. It’s $297 a month: missed calls get a text back right away, an AI front desk answers customers by text, and we look after your website and Google listing. Demandforce is stronger on reminders by text, email, voice and postcard.
Yes, through Demandforce Phone, its business phone system powered by GoToConnect. Its site says Demandforce Phone automatically texts callers you miss, after hours or when nobody can reach the phone. Sapt texts back missed calls while you keep your current phone provider.
We didn’t find Tekmetric or Shopmonkey on Demandforce’s integrations page on October 25, 2026. The page shows auto systems such as Mitchell 1, R.O. Writer, Protractor and Shop-Ware, and says Demandforce integrates with over 150 systems, so ask Demandforce about yours.
Shopmonkey booking is live, and Tekmetric, Torque360 and ARI are in progress. For any system not connected yet, the assistant takes the booking request by text and your advisor confirms it in your own system.
