A missed customer call becomes a text conversation, a booking, and a recovered job. The film then shows attribution, a shop website, ads, reviews, local visibility, and AI search. It closes: You run the shop. We bring in the next customer.
Sapt works alongside Torque360, not instead of it
This page is not a case for leaving Torque360. Torque360 stays your shop system, and its reminders and review requests can keep running from your repair orders. Sapt covers different jobs: the calls nobody picks up, customers who would rather text, your website and your Google listing.
Sapt and Torque360 today. Sapt’s Torque360 integration is in progress. Until it’s live, the assistant answers the customer by text and takes the booking request, then your advisor confirms the time in Torque360. Nothing lands on your schedule without your team seeing it first.
If your shop runs on Torque360, contact our team or email hello@sapt.ai and we’ll help get your connection set up. You can see every system and its status, and the shop software guide explains how we test a connection with you.
What Torque360 includes for marketing
Torque360’s marketing tools sit inside its shop software and depend on your plan. Per its pricing page and CRM page, Starter includes customer records, appointment scheduling, one-way texting and unlimited email. Turbo adds marketing and service reminders, two-way texting and review management for Google and Yelp.
Reminder campaigns. Service reminders timed from each customer’s last visit and follow-ups from closed repair orders, sent by text or email. You can also send a campaign to a customer list you pick, per the reminder campaigns page.
Review requests. Sent by text or email after a completed repair order, right after payment, later that day or the next morning, with templates you can edit, per the review management page.
Online booking. A booking widget you add to your website, with bookings landing in Torque360 and text or email reminders before each visit. The pricing page also lists an Appointment Scheduler add-on, “Website Scheduling (on your own site),” at $999, without saying whether that is a one-time or monthly fee.
Digital marketing services. Torque360 also sells website development, SEO and Google Business Profile optimization as services. Its terms say website and SEO work is billed separately. We found no published prices.
Torque AI Receptionist. Torque360’s AI Receptionist answers calls after four unanswered rings, in your shop’s name. It books, reschedules and cancels appointments in the Torque360 scheduler, tells callers the status of their open repair orders, and answers questions from answers you write. Anything else gets a message taken. It needs Torque360, and it can run on the number you already text customers from.
What it costs
Torque360 lists Starter at $99.99 a month, or $89.99 billed annually, and Turbo at $199.99 a month, or $179.99 billed annually. Reminders, two-way texting and review management come with Turbo. Supercharged, for high-volume and multi-location shops, is priced by quote. Torque360 says it charges no setup fee, though data migration can cost extra.
Torque AI Receptionist is a separate monthly plan: $49.99 for 350 minutes, with overage at $0.20 a minute, or $148.99 for 1,100 minutes, with overage at $0.17 a minute. You’re billed only for calls the AI answers, with a 30-second minimum per call. Staff-answered calls and spam under 15 seconds are free.
On contracts, Torque360’s pages differ. Its FAQ says Torque360 is “100% contract-free,” and its pricing page says you cancel a monthly subscription by contacting support. Its terms and conditions, updated October 21, 2026, describe 12-month terms that renew automatically unless your order form or plan says otherwise, written notice 60 days before renewal for Starter and Turbo, and no refunds. Read your order form before you sign.
Sapt is $297 a month flat, separate from your Torque360 subscription. There’s no setup fee and no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days. Paid ad spend is separate.
What Sapt adds around Torque360
A text back for every missed call. You keep the number your customers already know, and Sapt works with almost all major phone providers. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text back right away. We found no missed-call text-back in Torque360’s public pages; its answer to missed calls is the AI Receptionist. See how missed-call text-back works.
A front desk by text. Sapt’s AI front desk answers customers by text. With a connected calendar it offers real openings and books the accepted time, and you get a text for each booking. Questions it can’t answer come to you. Torque AI Receptionist answers the phone; Sapt answers the customers who text.
A website and your Google listing, in one price. We build your website from your Google listing, on your own domain, handle listing upkeep and send you a monthly Google Maps rank report. In Torque360, website and listing work are separate services.
Set up for you. Our team does the setup. And we work with one shop per area, so we won’t take on the shop down the street.
Where Torque360 is stronger
Its reminders and review requests run from your Torque360 repair orders. Every new repair order resets the customer’s reminder clock, so nobody keeps a list by hand. Sapt’s declined-work texts work from an export of your shop software.
Its AI Receptionist works inside your shop data. It can move or cancel an appointment on the call and tell a customer where their repair order stands, using your Torque360 data.
Its prices are published, including the AI Receptionist, and the receptionist is billed by the minute. If your team already lives in Torque360, one login is a real advantage.
Running both without double messages
If you keep Torque360’s marketing tools and add Sapt, give every customer message one owner. Settle these before you go live:
Calls nobody picks up. Torque AI Receptionist answers after four unanswered rings on the number it runs on. Sapt texts the caller when nobody picks up. Decide which one handles an unanswered call on each number, so a caller doesn’t get both. We test that call path with you during setup.
Review requests. Torque360 can send one after each completed repair order. Sapt sends one when you tap Job done. Use one and switch the other off.
Confirmations and reminders. Torque360 sends text and email reminders before appointments. When Sapt’s assistant takes a booking request, your advisor confirms it in Torque360. Check one test booking end to end so the customer gets one confirmation and one set of reminders.
Declined work. Sapt’s declined-work texts work from an export. If you send your own follow-ups to a customer list in Torque360, pick one owner for declined work.
Campaigns. Keep service reminders and repair order follow-ups in Torque360, where your customer records live.
The shop software checklist covers the rest of the test. If your shop runs on Shopmonkey or Tekmetric instead, see Shopmonkey CRM Essentials and Sapt or Sapt vs Tekmetric Marketing.
