A missed customer call becomes a text conversation, a booking, and a recovered job. The film then shows attribution, a shop website, ads, reviews, local visibility, and AI search. It closes: You run the shop. We bring in the next customer.

What Repair Shop Websites sells

Repair Shop Websites, based in Garner, North Carolina, says it has built websites for auto repair shops since 2005. Its plans page lists three plans, all marked “Zero Contracts.”

LAUNCH covers website hosting and updates, “Enhanced Local SEO,” Google Business Profile upkeep, mobile design and click-to-call. GROW adds Facebook setup and posting, integrated review requests, imported Google and Facebook reviews on your site, careers pages and a referral portal. ELEVATE adds replies to your Google, Facebook and Yelp reviews, call recording and analytics, monthly consultations with your account manager, custom social posts, citation management and an exit-intent popup.

Add-ons include Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media, directory listings, reputation management and Integrated Reviews, which sends review requests “by text or email to your customers after a service.”

What it costs

Repair Shop Websites doesn’t publish prices. Its pricing page says “We’ll provide you with pricing information tailored to your shop’s individual needs in just 10 minutes,” and offers an informational call.

Billing is quarterly. The plans page says “While we bill 3 months at a time, you should only stay for as long as you see the value.” Its terms of service say bank payments are drawn “each quarter in the amount of your quarterly service fee.”

Sapt is $297 a month flat: no setup fee, no contract, and we refund your payment if it isn’t worth it to you in the first 30 days. Ad spend and campaign management are separate. See what auto repair marketing costs for published prices across vendors.

What its terms say about leaving

There’s no long-term contract, but the terms of service are still an agreement, with Vertical Markets, LLC, which does business as Repair Shop Websites. To cancel, you write to its Garner, North Carolina address “thirty (30) days before your next scheduled renewal date.” “No refunds will be given for setup charges or partial service periods” unless the charge was a billing error, and a site restored after removal needs past-due balances paid “along with a new setup fee.”

On ownership, the plans page says: “your domain and all of your supplied content will remain under your ownership.” If you don’t own your current domain, it says its team will try to retain it or buy you a new one at no extra cost.

The terms of service add that text, graphics, logos, images and software it creates for your site are “not work made for hire and therefore the property of Repair Shop Websites or its content suppliers,” excluding anything you provided. The terms also reserve the right to “delete all content and files upon termination.” Keep your own copies of your photos and text, and ask what you can take with you before you sign. The website guide lists more questions to ask any provider.

Where Sapt is different

Missed calls. You keep the number your customers already know, and Sapt works with almost all major phone providers. If nobody picks up, the caller gets a text from your shop right away. We found no missed-call text-back on Repair Shop Websites’ public pages. ELEVATE records calls so you can review how they were handled.

Someone answers. Sapt’s AI front desk answers the customer’s questions by text and offers real openings. With a supported calendar connected it books the accepted time, and you get a text with the details. Questions it can’t answer come to you. Repair Shop Websites puts your shop software’s scheduler or lead form on your site, and customers book through that.

More than the website. Review request texts go out when you tap Job done, and declined-work follow-up texts work from an export of your shop software. We keep your listing’s hours, services, photos and phone right, and each month you get a report of where you show up on Google Maps. See what Sapt does for repair shops.

Monthly, one shop per area. You pay $297 a month, not a quarter at a time, and we don’t take on the shop down the street. We found no area exclusivity on Repair Shop Websites’ public pages.

Where Repair Shop Websites is stronger

Its ownership terms are clear and shop-friendly. In writing, the domain and the content you supply stay yours, and there’s no long-term contract. Its own buyer’s guide tells shops to ask about cancellation policy and to avoid multi-year contracts with no exit.

It’s been building repair shop websites for over 20 years and only works with auto repair shops. Its pricing page lists dedicated account managers, a U.S.-based support team and quick updates to hours, photos and services.

It does more of your social and reputation work for you. GROW posts to Facebook, and ELEVATE adds custom posts on Facebook, Instagram and Google, replies to your Google, Facebook and Yelp reviews, citation management and call recording. Facebook Ads and Google Ads are available as add-ons.

Your shop software

Repair Shop Websites’ shop management tool integrations mean installing the widgets your software already provides: “If your platform provides embeddable code (like a short snippet or widget), we can place it right on your website.” That works for appointment schedulers, lead capture forms and quote requests.

Sapt keeps your shop software. Shopmonkey appointment booking is live. Tekmetric, Torque360 and ARI integrations are in progress, and other systems aren’t connected yet. If yours isn’t live, contact our team or email hello@sapt.ai and we’ll help get a connection set up. Until then, the assistant takes the booking request and your advisor confirms it. Questions shop owners ask

Repair Shop Websites doesn’t publish prices. Its pricing page offers a quote tailored to your shop “in just 10 minutes,” as of October 25, 2026. It bills three months at a time, and its terms mention setup charges, which are not refunded.

It advertises “Zero Contracts” and “No Long-Term Contracts.” Its terms of service still form an agreement: service is billed quarterly, you cancel in writing 30 days before your next renewal date, and setup charges and partial service periods are not refunded.

Your domain and the content you supply stay yours: its plans page says they “will remain under your ownership.” Its terms say the text, graphics, images and software it creates for your site are its property, not work made for hire. Ask what you can take with you before you sign.

It doesn’t sell its own booking tool. If your shop software has an online scheduler with embeddable code, it will install it on your website. We found no missed-call text-back or AI answering on its public pages as of October 25, 2026.

Sapt is $297 a month flat with no setup fee, no contract and a refund in the first 30 days. It adds missed-call text-back, an AI front desk that answers and books by text, review texts and declined-work follow-up to a website built from your Google listing. If you mainly want a website plus managed social posts, Repair Shop Websites covers that.

You keep your shop software. Shopmonkey appointment booking is live today. Tekmetric, Torque360 and ARI integrations are in progress. For other systems, contact our team and we’ll help get a connection set up; until then, Sapt takes the request by text and your advisor confirms the time.
